Life can be overwhelming & it’s normal to feel stuck or uncertain about how to move forward. Whether it's stress, conflict, life changes, or simply feeling out of balance, therapy can help you build the tools and resilience needed to manage life’s inevitable ups and downs. I work with adolescents and adults to address a range of challenges, including academic or career stress, behavioral changes, life transitions, anxiety, and depression. I provide a supportive space for individuals to explore their emotions, strengthen self-awareness, and develop effective coping strategies to enhance their overall well-being.
My goal is to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My therapy style blends evidence-based techniques like CBT & DBT with an empathetic and strengths based approach to encourage skill development and growth.
